Our driveway intersects with Sawyer County ATV/Snowmobile Trail #2 close to trails 25 and 36. 

Lake of the Pines is a 273-acre lake with a maximum depth of 39 feet. Fish include Musky, Panfish, Largemouth Bass, and Walleye. Enjoy the shallow sandy bottom shoreline and the crystal clear water.  

Located 17 miles from Phillips to the east, 17 miles to the town of Winter to the west.

This property is one of 9 cottages within the Flambeau Forest Condominium Association, formerly known as the Flambeau Forest Resort. 

All cottages are privately owned and share use of the recreation hall, common ground areas, and the fish house.

Each cottage has exclusive use of the area surrounding the cottage as indicated by the dotted lines in the image. 

The property is connected to the Flambeau River State Forest on the east and is identified on the map with a red *.  

The Flambeau River State Forest has 92,000 acres of forestland along two branches of the Flambeau River with 75 miles of whitewater canoeing. 

Flambeau River State Forest offers many opportunities for hiking, biking, skiing and snowshoeing in the forest. Hiking and biking are allowed on trails during the summer and in winter whenever the trails are not groomed for cross-country skiing. In winter when trails are not groomed for cross-country skiing, visitors may snowshoe or hike. 


All trails are open during small game and deer hunting seasons. To ensure your safety during these times, wear blaze orange or fluorescent pink.
